These out-of-stock situations can unfortunately occur in any online store. It is not at all our intention to create false expectations as all we want is for all our customers to be more than satisfied with our service and the items they ordered with us.
It is with great regret, always, that we communicate situations of lack of stock. On special occasions such as sales and promotions stock may run out very quickly.
