How do I return an item?

Buy it, try it, and if it doesn't suit you or it doesn't look as good as you want, give it back!

You have 14 days from the delivery date of the order to change your mind and proceed with the return.

The products must be in perfect condition:

- No use marks and no visible damage;

- With the original label and, if applicable, brand accessories;

- Always with the original box.

 The return in 4 steps:

1. To log your return we ask that you access https://shop.softinos.com/pages/returns add in your first and last name, your email and the order number, you should then be able to select the items you wish to process the return on. 

2. Pack the item using the original box where you received the order;

3. Stick the return label (sent inside the box) on the outside of the box, replacing the shipping label;

4. Take your order to the nearest collection point

Then simply wait for the refund to be completed, which will not take more than 10 working days after the order has been picked up from the pick-up point. Please note that this time is relative to the processing of the refund and depending on the payment method used it may take some more time for the amount to be made available.

 Returns Madeira and Açores:

Shipments to the Portuguese islands do not include a return label, so in this case you will need to contact us by email to help@softinos.com indicating the address and date where you want the pickup, with two working days in advance. We will try to schedule your order as soon as possible and will keep you informed of the whole process.
