Can I exchange my order?

As we are unable to guarantee stock of the item in the size or style desired you wish to order, we are unable to process exchanges.

We do however, offer 2 options:

  • as soon as your return is delivered to us and processed we can create a Softinos' voucher with the value of your purchase. This way you can place a new order as soon as you wish and you can use the voucher as your payment method;
  • if you don't wish to wait until your order arrives, you can place a new order for the new item, this way as soon as your return is received and processed we will proceed with your refund via the original payment method.

To return your order use the return label sent alongside with your order and stick it outside your Softinos' box, replacing the previously used shipping label. Do not forget to keep the tracking number associated with your return label as it is the proof of delivery.

If you prefer to get a refund back into the original payment method, please allow 10 working days for funds to be visible in your bank statement, after the order has been approved.
