As soon as we receive the confirmation that your item has been returned and that it is in perfect conditions (unworn, unwashed and not damaged, with all the brand labels and original box), we will then process your refund back into the original payment method. Please note that funds can take a few days to be available back into your bank account, depending on your bank.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail letting you know that you will receive back into your account the amount for each returned article(s).
If you have requested a voucher as a means of refund, the refund will be processed through a Softinos voucher which you can discount on your next purchase.
The refund process can take up to 10 working days after the return has been delivered.
