I’ve received a faulty item, what should I do?

If you have received an item that is faulty, please contact us as quickly as possible! 

Please provide us with the following information:

- E-mail you used to place the order;

- Order number and the item’s name;

- A description of the fault; and

- A few photos of the item so that we can analyze them

As soon as we receive your email we'll evaluate the faulty item and contact you directly! Please note that refunds will only be processed once the item sent has been received and checked by our team.
